A developer in Long Beach wanted to build a new home with a vintage 1920's feel in the Belmont Heights area. We achieved this by designing custom fireplaces, arches and finish materials. Building from scratch or doing a major remodel provides the opportunity to create a design theme or signature that is implemented through various aspects of the home. The tile, wrought iron, stain glass and lighting were all areas to express artisanship and craftsmanship that you normally do not find in new construction these days.
