We offer a full service design experience that touches on all areas of your project. This includes but is not limited to rendering all elevations and layouts, designing architectural features (fireplaces, entries, corbels, columns, etc.), selecting materials (tile, wood, marble, paint, etc.), furnishings, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, etc. We offer exterior conceptiualization and renderings from the plan view as well as illustrated spots to give you the feel of what your outdoor dwelling will look like. This process also helps communicate your vision in detail to the contractor and helps avoid costly change orders.
Once we have your project clearly defined and conceptualized then it is time to execute. We are well versed in laying the tracks for your contractor to successfully accomplish the vision. We understand the dynamics on a contruction site and know how to impliment our ideas confidently while maintaining morale with your workers. In building a team on the jobsite we are able to with the trades to keep the job going in a clean, proffessional and orderly manner.
Sellers: John Douglas will come to your house for up to two hours and help you formulate a list of what your house needs in order to help sell, what it might cost, and what trades might be suggested to complete the work. This fee for this two hour consultation is 150.00.
Buyers: John Douglas will come to your potential home for up to two hours and give you ideas for renovating and what that might cost. The fee for this two hour consultation is 150.00. Upon completion of this service you will receive a master budget of renovations discussed along with ball park numbers.
